Statement on General Data protection
When providing professional materials and information (newsletters, publications, etc.) and other services (organising events), IMAD endeavours to protect the privacy of its website users. The privacy statement explains what types of personal information we collect, how it is used and how it can be modified. You do not have to provide personal data to browse our site. In cases where you do need to provide personal data or choose to disclose it yourself, it is treated in accordance with this Privacy Statement that applies for IMAD’s website http://www.umar.gov.si.
IMAD provides information on the processing of personal data in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Types of personal data and the purpose of use
We collect personal data (e-mail addresses) to inform our website users about new contents on our site. E-mail addresses are not processed or used for any other purposes. We collect personally identifiable data only when you provide it yourself, i.e. when you sign up for notifications on our website (‘Be informed’). The information thus obtained also enables electronic communication – responding to queries and requests.
When collecting personal data, we always inform our website users about the purpose for which data is collected and used. The purpose of data collection will not be subsequently changed without your consent.
